Rewatching your favorite shows is occasionally—very occasionally—more than just comforting; sometimes, you might get a little treat, too. Prime Video has added a sneak peek of the upcoming season of The Wheel of Time to the end of the first season’s final episode, and it’s just sitting there, waiting for you to watch it!

The scene seems to be a version of the “Darkfriend Social,” which takes place in the prologue to The Great Hunt, though there are fewer players here. First, we see it only from the perspective of the child who’s run into the room to escape a trolloc—but of course, there are scarier monsters in the room.

Or are there? After the girl (who calls one of the seated figures mom) gets a very pointed look at some of the hands and robes under the table—one attendee wears a skirt with a hawk on it; another has a very noticeable black ring, and a third some impressive nails—Ishamael notices her, gently scolding her for interrupting a very important meeting. But he guesses there’s something outside, which leads to a not-at-all subtle bit of mostly monologuing on Ishamael’s part about what a monster really is, and what a monster looks like. (And also about how many names he has.)

When the girl slips under the table, the Darkfriends are discussing killing or using Rand al’Thor; when she leaves with Ishamael, one member of the gathering pushes back his hood, revealing himself to be Padan Fain—who was shown to be a Darkfriend at the end of season one. One person at the table has noticeable white sleeves, as well.

Plenty of hints in these few minutes! And only a month to wait for more: The Wheel of Time returns to Prime Video on September 1st.
